For more than three decades, our consultants have been actively working in international markets, with a strong focus on Asia and Southeast Asia. This long-standing presence has allowed us to develop a deep understanding of how these markets function, how business relationships are built, and what it takes for companies to succeed in complex international environments.
The experience of our most senior consultants began in the early 1990s with international trade analysis and market research activities carried out on behalf of the Italian Trade Commission (ICE), the Italian government agency responsible for promoting international trade and supporting the global expansion of Italian companies. These activities included market analysis and trade development initiatives in countries such as Vietnam and Singapore, helping European businesses better understand local market dynamics and identify potential commercial opportunities.
Since then, our consultants have held senior roles in international sales, export management, and market development for multinational corporations as well as for small and medium-sized enterprises seeking to expand internationally.
Over the years, our team has worked extensively across Southeast Asia and the wider Asia-Pacific region, including markets such as Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, and India, developing distribution networks, opening representative offices, and supporting companies in building long-term commercial relationships. This direct presence in the region has provided us with valuable insights into local business practices, regulatory environments, and the cultural dynamics that often determine the success of an international expansion strategy.
